Pre-made Monday: log what actually got baked on Monday. The numbers start from the usual Monday template. Typing a different number only changes this week.
Pre-made Tuesday: same for Tuesday, with a column showing what's still needed after Monday's bake.
Needed Wednesday: Monday and Tuesday's totals against the whole week's orders, and what's left to bake.
Leftovers: everything baked against everything ordered. Green numbers are spare stock to offer round the other shops.
The usual amounts template
Press Edit template amounts to change the every-week template for Monday and Tuesday. That is the only place the template changes; the numbers typed on the tabs never touch it, and each new week starts fresh from the template.
The number turns green when nothing more is needed, stays red while there's more to bake, and a green +spare chip shows anything baked beyond what was ordered.
Switching weeks
Use Prev week and Next week to check a different week, and Print for a paper copy.
This screen updates itself
When the office enters a new order it appears here automatically, no need to refresh. The small text near the top right shows "Connected" when it's online.
Locking the screen
Press Lock at the top to go back to the code entry screen.
