What this is
This application belongs to Popty Bach Y Wlad, Cwrt Farm, Pentrecwrt, Llandysul, Carmarthenshire SA44 5DA. It is a private tool for taking orders, planning the week's baking and raising invoices, together with public pages listing the ingredients and allergens in our products.
Who may use it
The office, bakery and shop screens are for our staff and for the shops we supply. Accounts are handed out by us and are not to be shared. If you think somebody else knows your password, change it and tell us. We can suspend or remove an account at any time.
Product information
The public product pages are kept as accurate as we can make them, and we update them when a recipe or a supplier changes. They are a guide, not a guarantee. Our products are made in a kitchen that handles cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, soya and sesame, so cross-contact is possible. If you have a serious allergy, ring us on 01559 362335 and ask before you buy.
Orders and prices
An order placed through the application is a request to us. It becomes an order once we accept it. Prices shown are our prices at the time and can change; an invoice, once issued, keeps the prices it was raised at.
Fair use
- Do not try to reach parts of the application you have not been given access to.
- Do not copy the data out of it for anything other than running the bakery.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
Availability
We do our best to keep the application running, but it may be unavailable at times for updates or because of a problem with a service we rely on. We do not promise uninterrupted use.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the application changes. The version on this page is the one that applies.
